This year's VBS was a huge success! We're really busy getting ready for our 5th Annual BBQ right now, but as soon as we catch our breath we'll fill you in on all the fun we had and give you a final tally on how much was raised in our offering for Heifer International.

This year's Hanging of the Greens Service faced a few challenges and last minute changes, but it still gave all those who attended time to reflect on the true meaning of this important time of year.

Don't Forget!   5th Annual BBQ Pork Roast! Let's Make this year's event another huge success! Immediately after Accomac's annual parade. BBQ can once again be purchased by the container, sandwich or platter. There will also be drinks and baked goods available for sale

Youth Mission News!

What a week! The Youth Group from New Mercies Community Church in Burton, Ohio spent an entire week with us. Learning all about the Eastern Shore of Virginia and getting to know us all over again! (We met in Canandaigua last year). We worked together here at DBC and on a Habitat House right here on the Shore. It was great working together and making a difference locally and showing a group from another state how special this place really is. by the first Friday of the month. The response has been great and we are hoping for

even more congregation supplied articles. Look for your copy coming soon in your email.

A printed edition should be available in church the first Sunday of every month.
